We will be closed this Saturday. We are going to the Harford county farm fair livestock auction. And next week we will be closing early every day to go to Cecil county fair. We will also be closed the following Saturday to be at the Cecil county livestock auction.
The fairs are very important to us. It teaches the kids to have responsibility and to enjoy working. It can be tough raising livestock but these kids work hard to have a high quality animal to be brought to your dinner table. We have always enjoyed the fairs and hope that you can too.
We hope to see you there on either one of the Saturdays and hope that you bid on an animal. If you happen to buy something be sure to send it to us for butchering. We will be there with cut sheets ready to fill out. Hope to see you there.

Did you forget something for your party tomorrow? Or are you having more guests come? Or worse your daughter’s boyfriend. Stop in tomorrow we have some beautiful tomahawks and ribeyes. All fresh and ready for the grill.
We have fresh beef bacon and pork bacon. Patties made fresh today and fresh eggs to make the best burger you have ever had.
If you’re looking for a way to cook off tomorrow our retail is 64 degrees and our ice cream is -10 so stop in and take a break and cool off.
Open from 8:30 to 3:30 tomorrow. God has blessed us to live in the greatest county in the world and what better way to celebrate then with the sizzle of meat.

It has been some busy weeks here. We have got quite a few beef hanging out with us. We have a lot beef that is not just for our store. We offer USDA inspected processing for farmers so they can resale their products. We offer 14-21 day hang time which can build flavor and improve meat quality.
We are cutting fresh beef on Friday morning first thing so you can stop in and stock up for celebrating the greatest country ever.
