Many small businesses struggle to pay competitive wages for younger individuals who may lack the experience and knowledge of our local heritage and offerings. Let’s encourage our youth to gain valuable job training while respecting the hard work that goes into every product they offer.
Minimum wage jobs should be stepping stones to great careers, not destinations. By supporting local businesses, we’re providing invaluable opportunities for our young people while ensuring that they learn from those who truly understand our community and its needs.

Thank you all for coming together this season as we close another remarkable season. Your loyalty, neighborhood spirit, and steady support have made every day possible — and for that I’m deeply grateful.
To our customers, friends, and neighbors: thank you for choosing our local business, for bringing your families through our doors, and for sharing your stories and smiles with us. Every purchase, every recommendation, and every moment you spent in our store helped keep our doors open and our team employed. Your support has a direct, meaningful impact on this community.
To our team: your dedication, late nights, and care for customers created the experience people love.
To our suppliers and partners: your reliability kept us stocked and ready.
To our families: your patience and encouragement made everything possible.
We welcomed new faces, introduced community events, and adapted to challenges while keeping the quality and service you expect. Those small victories added up to a season we can all be proud of.
