There’s something special about a summer night spent outside, surrounded by friends, family, and a great movie.

This Thursday, we’re inviting you to make a memory with us.

🌟 **River Vale’s First Summer Movie Night of the 2026 Season**
Right after the Farmer’s Market wraps up, we’ll be setting up for a relaxed, family-friendly evening under the open sky.

🌽 The Corn Has Arrived...and It's Not Sticking Around
If you've been waiting for New Jersey sweet corn season, your patience has finally paid off.
Hope Cress Farms is bringing the first sweet corn of the season, and if history tells us anything, it'll disappear almost as fast as we can unload it. Add in beautiful peaches, juicy berries, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, and just about every summer vegetable you've been craving, and this is one of those weeks you don't want to arrive late.
Of course, they'll also have their farm-fresh meats, eggs, milk, and all the local goodness you've come to expect.

🥟 Empanada Lady will be serving her famous freshly made empanadas, plus frozen ones to stock your freezer for those nights when nobody feels like cooking.

🦞 Cousins Maine Lobster is back! Grab a chilled lobster roll and pretend you're eating it somewhere overlooking the ocean. We won't tell anyone you're actually overlooking Rivervale Road.

🍦 Clyde's Italian Ice & Ice Cream is returning with homemade Italian ice, creamy ice cream, and new flavors every single week. (Research suggests calories consumed at a farmer's market don't count. We're choosing to believe the research.)

🍋 We're also excited to welcome Bloncourt Lemon Bros for the very first time! They'll be squeezing fresh lemons and muddling homemade lemonade to order, the perfect cure for a July afternoon.

🎨 Quinn's Magical Face Painting will be creating free masterpieces from 1:30–4:30 PM for every child who visits.

📚 The River Vale Library will be on hand sharing information about their children's and adult Summer Reading Programs, along with two fun crafts kids can make while they're here—or take home for later.

🎶 From 3–6 PM, enjoy live music from the wonderful Amanda Pagan, whose vocals are the perfect soundtrack for a summer afternoon.

Every week we see neighbors catching up, kids running around with rainbow-colored faces and dripping ice cream cones, families trying something new for dinner, and shoppers leaving with bags just a little fuller than they planned.
