300 plates deep and the pans still kept moving for the Rose Soirée
Our Asparagus Patch Orzo hit the line all night long — asparagus purée folded into tender orzo, topped with sautéed mushrooms and capers, served plate by plate with the heart of the farm kitchen.

And somewhere between the steam, the service, and the stories shared across the tables, we raised a Bushmills toast to hard work, good people, and another night worth remembering. 🥃🌾

This is what farm hospitality looks like — honest food, long days, and full tables.

Thought I was tough… until a few hours of cutting lilacs proved otherwise. 💜✂️
No thorns, just armfuls of blooms, sticky hands, and the kind of work that sneaks up on you.

From fragrant harvest to delicate syrup—this is how we bottle spring on the farm.

Come taste the softer side of hard work.

2016 wasn’t perfect—but it was powerful.
Family grew stronger through change.
We felt pride watching our son step into who he was becoming.
There were moments of joy, laughter, and togetherness we’ll always carry.
And there was loss—friends and mothers whose last season we were grateful to share.
That year taught us how fragile and meaningful time really is.
Every photo holds a lesson, a memory, and a piece of who we became.
