If you love onions or garlic, you NEED to try our Micro Leek 🙌🏼

It's certainly not for everyone, but for the ones who crave a deep, potent flavor... It's the best!

It tastes like a cross between onion and garlic.

It has the coolest look to it and makes the best topper.

Great on eggs, pastas, steaks and more.

It has a really cool antioxidant called kaempferol, which has all kinds of amazing benefits! Plus it also has lutein and zeaxanthin, which are good for eye health.

And it's super yummy!

We'll be at the Portland Farmers Market tomorrow (Saturday!) This is the last Portland market until September, after the summer break. So be sure to come on out and check out all the wonderful vendors!

We'll also, of course, be setup at Corpus Christi Southside Farmers' Market too! Kim will be at Southside and Robbie will be at Portland 🎉

Here's where you can find us in June!

🌱 It's our last month at the Portland Farmers Market until fall! This market takes off for summer (July and August) so we'll be back in September. In the meantime, we DO offer delivery to the Portland area so send us a msg to get on our delivery route!

🌱 We'll be at both markets this month. 2nd and 4th Thursdays 🎉

🌱 And if course EVERY Saturday morning at !

If you can't make markets, we are always happy to deliver! There is a post with delivery information pinned at the top of our profile. We make it easy to get your 'greens!

Wanna try a new microgreens variety but aren't sure if you'll like it? No problem! We bring our sampler tray to every market with 9 different varieties you can try! Cut fresh right in front of you 😁

And you can try as many as you want, in fact we'd love for you take a whole "tour" of the tray! And we usually have a couple more (of the longer growing varieties, like leek, cilantro and beet) in the cooler that you can try also. Just ask! 🎉

This next variety for the series is so fun! If any single variety will catch your attention for flavor, Micro Cantaloupe is the one. It actually tastes like juicy cantaloupe fruit! 😋

We don't have a ton of nutritional information on this variety. We know the nutrition of cantaloupe fruit, and I found some information on cantaloupe *seeds* but nobody is eating cantaloupe *greens* except us crazy microgreen people 🤣

What we do know is that they taste DELICIOUS and we can be reasonably confident they are full of some good-for-you antioxidants!

Add these to sandwiches, salads, fruit bowls, top desserts or just eat them right out of the box. If you like cantaloupe fruit, you'll LOVE Micro Cantaloupe!

Our Sampler Packs today at have a little extra color to them 🌸

We completely lost our flower production several months ago due to supplier issues and it's been a long time to fix it. Things are not fully resolved yet but a few of our flowering plants are producing again and we are enjoying what we have! Hopefully everything is back on track soon 😊

Starting a new series with more info on each of our varieties! Figured we'd have to start with Micro Broccoli 🥦

This one is the star of the show. This is the one everyone knows and asks about. It's a powerhouse of sulforaphane (an incredible antioxidant.) It's small enough and mild enough to add to just about any dish. It's a winner every time!

We offer Micro Broccoli in individual boxes, in the 3-Variety Sampler Packs, it's half of our Sandwich Blend, it's in every single one of our boxes and it's a big part of our Mighty Mix 💪🏼

We will be at the Corpus Christi Southside Farmers' Market market today, as always! 🌱

Today's menu is slightly smaller since Beach to Bay is going on and when I looked back at our sales on this day for the past 2 years, it was a very slow market 🙈😅

So we're bringing just a bit less so hopefully not much comes back home 😊
