Pork is non-enhanced from Indiana Kitchens in Delphi, IN. Chicken is from Miller Poultry raised in the Michiana area and processed in Orland, IN. Beef is fresh domestic USDA Choice - that includes the Ground Chuck and Ground Round (no frozen, no import).

Wow! Today marks our 10th anniversary, time really does fly when you’re having fun! Stop in and celebrate with us today and this weekend!

Thank you to all of our customers and supporters! We are so appreciative to you, and sooooo grateful to be apart of such a special community! It is truly an honor to provide fresh meats and deli to Roanoke, Huntington, Fort Wayne and all surrounding areas!

Also, a special thanks to our wonderful crew: Steve Williams, Ryan Sexton, Monica Morris, Grey Dill, Teresa Chaney, Wesley Bowers and Corbin Ambriole. And our meat cutters, Mark Prince and Ryan Busch. Our production manager Sam Hentz. And Bryce Thompson for his 6 years of dedication as a meat cutter, supervisor and rolemodel.
