Sitka is a super fresh seafood, flash frozen 3-5 days after the catch, their product is at least 6 months fresher than the average fish sold in other grocery stores. The owner, Marsh, is a 2nd generation Alaskan fisherman. They offer traceability and sustainability you can trust.
