We had a nice show day at Pine City! Thankfully the weather was so much cooler than we anticipated and it was a great day!

We won a BOB with 3/4 breeds today!

There were great polish numbers and outstanding competition as usual. We had several Variety wins through the day!

While I am doing my baking this evening and packaging things up. If you would like to order a 1/2 dozen or 1 dozen cookies and mix and match flavors, please message me by 10pm TONIGHT and I will get them pre-packaged together to bring with me to the show tomorrow.

We will have some Eat’N Treats at Pine City Rabbit Show on Saturday! The batches I got done tonight are cookie bites in 4 flavors I am offering.

I have mostly Sample Packs that have 1 cookie bite of each flavor! I also have a few of 3 of the flavors extra put together in one bag.

I hope to get more baking done tomorrow so I can offer some full size cookies individually and in mixed boxes!

Coming Soon: Eat’N Treats!

I have had my MN Cottage License to sell certain baked and canned goods for the last 2 years and not done too much with it. I am determined to do more with it this year and work on having products to sell regularly!

I have been working on perfecting my recipes and should have some things ready soon! I will post what I have and when/where it is available on this page once I get started! I am just waiting on a few things to arrive this week before I really get kicked off! My focus will be cookies, muffins, and dessert breads!

Eat’N Treats will mostly be available for local pick up here in Rochester(MN), but I also hope to bring what I can to Minnesota Rabbit Shows as well!

I am not currently accepting specialty or pre-orders, but I hope to once I get in the groove!

We made the long and arduous trip to Olmsted county fair yesterday (what a grueling 5 minute drive! 😆)

It was a long, fun day with a great turnout of rabbits. Toby is back home in PA but our nephew Maddox came down from the cities to help Evan show rabbits and clean trays.

We placed very well at the show overall:

Dutch:
•BOS - Eat’N Acres “Return of the McRib” Gray St Buck. there must have been 50 dutch there so I’m glad he held his own.

Mini Lops:
•BOS - Eat’N Acres “Freya” Broken Sr Doe (lost out to a stunning SSB that took RIS)

Then & Now
Eat’N Acres Juniper

This doe has become one of my most consistent producers this past year and consistently out produces her self. While she herself has light pattern, her offspring consistently have heavy patterns. She is a Very eager breeder and even though I like to have some space between litters for my does, she had other plans and often starts riding her kits at 4-6 weeks and the only way I can get her to stop is to breed her back! She remains in excellent body condition and just delivered a litter of 6 this week! She has a long future here at Eat’N Acres ❤️
