If you are looking for salsa for the long weekend, we will have some medium salsa available tomorrow. Also made a few pints with habanero peppers. Really good and has a long slow heat. YUMMY!!

We will be at the Rochester farmers market tomorrow with Cowboy Candy, Bread & Butter Pickles, Dill Pickles, as well as our usual jams and jellies. Pickled Jalapenos are aging on the shelf for a couple weeks before they are ready for sale...Coming Soon 😍.

In our garden, the tomatoes are starting to ripen and the cabbage is ready to be cut up and packed in the crocks for sauerkraut. More good stuff on the way soon.

So sorry, we will not be at the market on Saturday. Had a little dental surgery today and giving myself a 24 hour rest period. See you next week.

For Saturday's Rochester Farmers Markets, we will have a full supply of jams. Kathy has been jammin' up a storm this week. The cukes are starting to produce now. A few jars of DILL PICKLES on the shelf as well as the PICKLED CAULIFLOWER, CARROTS AND RED PEPPERS.
We may have fresh Okra at the market, as well as Jalapeno and Fresno Peppers.
Friday will be baking day. So if you missed the HUCKLEBERRY PIES last time, be sure to stop at our booth.

Dano and I have been working hard to get our gardens planted. Not much gets me out of bed at 5 am, but the daytime temps have convinced me that it is a terrific to get an early start. We will have the last of the garden plants at the Rochester Farmers Markets on Saturday. We will have a great selection of jams and green onions. Hope to see you there.

The truck is all packed up with plants...basil, assorted hot and sweet peppers, 3 kinds of zucchini, and several varieties of tomatoes. After this rain and warmer nighttime temperatures, it will be great for planting.
Also have jams and pickled asparagus. Come see us at the Rochester Farmers Markets .
