Is it time to do an new intro?!
Well hey there. I'm LeeAnn Zubay. Once upon a time I owned and operated ZZest Market. During the glory days, I was like a pig in sh!$ Every. Single. Solitary. Day was delicious. I gained weight, knowledge and a little recognition. It was addicting. I became certified as a cheese professional, which sounds lame, but the test to get that title was not. Think Sommelier, but cheese instead of wine. I won the Specialty Food Outstanding Retailer award in 2011. I'm pretty proud of both of those achievements--one puts letters after your name, the other looks like an Oscar.
I'm also long winded, I'll continue this another day...

Your pantry’s secret weapon.
Splash it on grilled fish or scallops just because you deserve nice things. Drizzle over fresh fruit and greens… or skip the greens entirely, I’m not judging. Deglaze that pan of crispy chicken thighs. Swap it in where you’d normally reach for citrus when you want a little extra sophistication without trying too hard.
Ceviche? Try it instead of lime.
Summer Caprese? Absolutely.
A little in sparkling water? Weirdly wonderful.
Basically this bottle quietly makes you look like you know exactly what you’re doing in the kitchen. Which… honestly… you probably do.

Latest blog post is up and apparently I have thoughts about late 80’s-90’s cookbooks. You know the ones. Hand-drawn artichokes. Recipes “Perfect for Company.” A little raspberry coulis suddenly making everyone feel wildly sophisticated.
Back when fancy recipes somehow still felt approachable and Rochester cooks were chasing sun-dried tomatoes around Minnesota like buried treasure.
The new blog post dives into cookbook nostalgia, Broadstreet memories, food illustrations, artichoke dip, and one very golden pesto tart.

We’ve got some pretty fantastic fish options waiting for you:
Fangst Faroe Islands Salmon with sea buckthorn and lemon verbena — bright, buttery and wildly good on a cracker with a cold drink.
Koisvart Piggvar sour blueberry candy fish. Because apparently Scandinavians understand that fish + berries can absolutely be a thing.
And yes… that super fun pottery from making yet another appearance because good snacks deserve good plates.
