Today’s project: solar wax evaporator! This is “trash wax” from dismantled drone comb that will not be used for cosmetic purpose. The wax is placed on paper towel “filters” in a 9x13 aluminum pan with some holes punched in the bottom. Underneath is another catch pan with a bit of water covering the bottom to keep the wax from sticking. Wax will melt into the pan below and dirt, larvae etc will stay in the paper towel. Everything is inside a cooler with a glass covering from an old photo frame. Stay tuned!
