Happy Labor Day Weekend !!!!! We are open. A little behind this morning but we are open. We do have a few bagels out this morning and obviously all our dry goods, candles etc.
I am working on a few things as well as a full restock which will be an entire weekend process, a loaf of sourdough takes 24-48 hours to do its entire fermentation process. So I am working on things it will be a bit slow as I’d like to enjoy a bit of this “Labor Day” weekend too. Plus as much as I love this weekend, it means I can really change into fall !!!!!!!! 🍁 🍂 🎃 and I have a lot of super cute items coming to the shed for this time of yr along with all the fall flavors coming in full force.

Thank you to anyone that has stopped this morning !!! But I have refunded your money whether there was an issue or not, just to be safe, and closed the shed.
With the heat and then cooler temps at night even in the shed, with the AC running 24/7, gnats were found in loaf of sourdough , I will not sell poor product, or bugs (we can get them for free this time of yr 🤦‍♀️😩) ALL my work down the tubes 😢 But either way, my apologies. I’ve pulled everything and sprayed a natural bug spray, however that leaves nothing out, natural or not I don’t want it on any product even dry goods that are heat sealed so I’ve closed for the day.
I will start again tonight, and try to get as much out as possible again and we WILL open tomorrow, hopefully it’s a bit cooler and the spray helps. 🤦‍♀️

TGIF !!!!
We are open. Lots of stuff coming out for this holiday weekend.
Lots of batches of cinnamon rolls doing their first proof. I can’t keep these on the weekends so doing triple the amount since it’s a long one.
Bagels (pear spice) , loafs of sourdough, pumpkin and cream cheese muffins in the works, I whipped up a batch of mini cinnamon sugar spiced cake donuts, cake cups, and working on their second proof a cinnamon roll focaccia multiple flavors (apple pie, pumpkin pie, regular honey butter, and maple brown sugar) all will be out in the am for the long holiday weekend.

Happy Hump Day 🐪!!! We are open this wonderful Wednesday until 7pm.
I’ve added Pumpkin Spice (topped with vanilla brown sugar) Bagels and a homemade French Vanilla Creamer

Please remember we are self serve but that doesn’t mean it’s free. It’s take a lot of effort to make items from scratch and there is overhead that goes with that, from ingredients, pans, electric, packaging, and the gifty items do take money to purchase and we have to pay taxes on them. Although I add tax into the price of non-food items, to make it easier as a self serve stand it’s still something we have to cover. I really wasn’t sure I would even share via a post, but we’ve had items come up missing the last few weeks and not just food items this week. I personally can live with the food items, we all need to eat and life is a struggle. But the other items I’m not okay with. So if whom ever has decided to take advantage wouldn’t mind popping in and paying for the non-food items that were taken please 🙏 do so. Without the food items. It’s a total of $64.00

Gooooood Morning Rochester.
We are open 7am-7pm, this wonderful Saturday.
Lots of loaves available (Plain, blueberry lemon, jalapeno cheddar, plain, rosemary and cheese, cinnamon chip and raisin) a few bagels left. More coming out (cinnamon toast crunch and everything) along with oatmeal cream pies, and more.
The new schedule is to keep us stocked even though the week (it’s much easier with work, to make things as they run out and restock verses trying to cram it all into the weekends….4am’s until midnight, and I don’t mix well lol ).
