Weā€™ve been working on some NEW products this week-
šŸ«’ The OLIVE BRATS are going fast, weā€™ve already restocked them 3x today!
šŸŒ¶ļø JALAPENO CHEDDAR SMOKED SAUSAGE- think of this like a polish sausage or kielbasa with a kick! We use real, fresh jalapeno peppers!
šŸ– GROUND HAM! We have been getting requests for this one for years and we finally got it done šŸ˜‰ perfect for making hamballs or Hamloaf!

SALE: this weeks sale is our delicious steak strips- tender slices of ribeye perfect for fajitas, stir fry, or a Philly cheesesteak sandwich!

FRESH CASE: this week our fresh case is a smokers dream: lots of briskets, ribs, boneless pork butts, plus tons of steaks, chops, & bacon. We are a little low on snack sticks today but the smokehouse is full now and we will get them packaged and into the store tomorrow morning.

The OLIVE BRAT is back! Loaded with green & black olives and mozzarella cheese, these will be packaged in the morning and be in the brat freezer by the time we open tomorrow. We made about 120 #, available til sold out.

Fajitaā€™s on the menu? šŸŒ¶ļø šŸ§… šŸŒ®

Our steak strips make the easiest (and most delicious!) fajitas! These melt-in-your-mouth pieces of beef are sliced from the ends of our ribeyes, making them super tender & flavorful! Theyā€™re all trimmed up and ready to go- literally just have to cut open the pack and dump them into your skillet! These are also one of our familyā€™s favorite summer meals on the blackstone- Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, stir fry, steak & eggsā€¦
