2nd Saturdays are back in Downtown Rock Island.

Join us Saturday, June 13 for the first 2nd Saturdays of the season, presented by Gas & Electric Credit Union, with the QC Farmers' Market, live music, fitness, pop-up shops, family-friendly activities and downtown business specials happening throughout the day.

• 10–11 a.m. | Rock Island Preservation Society (RIPS) walking tour of historic Downtown Rock Island, starting at 2nd Avenue and 19th Street

Freshly baked breads from the Mad Farmers, featuring their own produce atop the focaccias: one with homegrown asparagus, one with homegrown everything seasoning. 🤤

2nd Saturday tomorrow,
so we pulled out all the stops in the kitchen. Pictured: 16 beloved cinnamon raisins, a full load of giant challah, a sheet of asparagus focaccia, a sheet of everything focaccia. Unpictured: an entire kitchen with every cooling rack full of sourdoughs and baguettes.

Still warm and fuzzy from yesterday’s market! A wonderful turnout of customers and vendors alike, and so much good food!

First picture is our brand new vendor, One Marine Market Garden, who grow their spectacular produce only six blocks from our market! You can’t get it any fresher, or any more local.

Looking forward to seeing you all next week!

We're so excited for market tomorrow! Strawberries! And radishes! And gourmet salad fixings! And an old-time band! And the most beautiful chard! And plants to plant!

Wait, hold on, old time music???!!

Yes! And strawberries! And I actually couldn't even list all of the marvelous things our farmers are bringing.
