What to do on a rainy Thursday morning? First, say thanks for the rain! Next, make SALSA! No canned tomatoes here!!! We use fresh ingredients. Wash, chop and cook everything in house. Our salsa tastes like a garden. This batch will be ready tomorrow afternoon. Call or text orders to 980-475-0036.

**UPDATE** Hamlet Pop Up Market is canceled this weekend due to Rain forecast.

We are getting ready for the 2nd Hamlet Pop Up Market that is Saturday, 5/2, from 9am-2pm at City Lake. We sold out of pimento cheese last month, so we will have extra this weekend. Also, don’t forget to pick up a jar of candied jalapeños to make a “Chuck’s Special”!

We feed our chickens high quality feed, fruits and vegetable, and an 8 grain scratch. We collect our eggs every evening, rinse, pack in our containers, date and refrigerate them. You will not find eggs this fresh at the store! We offer 2 sizes. Medium (1.8-1.9 oz per egg) for $4/dz and large (2.0-2.5 oz per egg) for $6/dz. We call this the “Chuck Special”, a saltine cracker, Munn Farm Pimento Cheese topped with our Candied Jalapeños. We will have plenty of pimento cheese and candied jalapeños tomorrow, 4/11, at the Hamlet Pop Up Market from 9am-2pm. Stop by and pick some up and try the “Chuck Special” for yourself! We have lots of jams available this Saturday, 4/11, from 9am-2pm at the Hamlet Pop Up Market. We make our jams with as much of the fruit as possible. We cook the rind, use the pulp and try to remove as much as possible of the seeds. Our jams taste like what gramma would have made. Stop by for a sample
of Blueberry, Pepper, Strawberry Jalapeño, or Triple Berry. We are looking forward to seeing you Saturday at Hamlet City Lake’s Pop Up Market.
