We’re working hard to keep rolling out new products for you! We now have Fig Jam for a limited time! Figs are only in season for a few weeks in early summer then again from August through October. We have a short window to work with but the weather is gorgeous and the windows are wide open! Get yours while you can! We’re at the Islip Farmers Market at Islip Town Hall every Saturday from 7am-noon, the Long Beach Farmers Market every Wednesday from 9am-2pm, and starting September 22 we’ll be at the Garden City Farmers Market every Tuesday from 7am-1pm! Hello autumn! We’re starting to roll out lots of fall flavors. Ready for markets this week…Gourd Almighty Pumpkin Butter! We take fresh pumpkin and slow cook it for 8 hours, purée it, and add maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice until it becomes a thicker, buttery spread. Spread it on your toast, English muffins, pancakes, waffles…put some in your oatmeal or yogurt. Use it for desserts, as a pie filling, an ice cream topper…tons of applications. I had a better name and logo but didn’t feel like getting sued by Mel Brooks. Ludicrous Speed Jam will be available starting tomorrow! This is our version of raspberry jam but we obviously don’t do anything basic around here. Prepare to be jammed. 👊🏻

We will be at the RXR Plaza Lunch Time Farmers Market tomorrow from 11am-2pm! It’s air conditioned. There’s palm trees. We’ll have all our pepper products and our jams, jellies, and preserves. Tons of amazing artisanal vendors. What more could anyone ask for? We’re also super excited to be sharing our table with our friends and partners at the Lustgarten Foundation ! We’ll have a fresh batch of our Berry Hopeful Jam which all proceeds are donated to pancreatic cancer research! Come get yours and help save lives!
Apologies to my Long Beach peeps. We will not be at the Long Beach Farmers Market this week but we will be back next Wednesday and every Wednesday until Thanksgiving.
