Honey, it’s July… time to put something sweeter in the fridge.

Did you know mead is w**e made from honey—not grapes? It is one of the oldest drinks in the world, a traditional Polish favorite, and even part of the story behind the word honeymoon.

We are proud to carry Orchid Cellar Meadery & Winery meads at Kielbasa Factory—beautifully crafted honey w**es with bold, unique flavor for summer dinners, backyard gatherings, or a little well-deserved evening toast.

Stop by, pick your bottle, and make July a little sweeter. Na zdrowie!

When I purchased Kielbasa Factory in 2022 from its founder, a Polish entrepreneur who built the store around authentic Polish foods and traditions, my goal was to preserve that heritage while bringing my own culinary experience to the business. Having spent more than 25 years as a chef
and executive chef in restaurants and catering, I have always enjoyed discovering exceptional ingredients and food traditions from across Europe.

While Poland remains at the heart of what we do, I also enjoy introducing customers to carefully selected specialties from neighboring countries. From traditional German sausages, mustards, and pantry favorites to Italian pasta and olive oils, French delicacies, Spanish specialties, and products from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and other parts of Eastern Europe, each item is chosen for its quality, authenticity, and flavor. The next time you visit, take a few extra minutes to explore—you may discover a new favorite while still enjoying the Polish products you know and love.

At Kielbasa Factory, our passion is sharing the rich culinary traditions of Poland and Europe with our community.
