Wanda’s Memorial Mass will be held this Friday, April 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 535 Margrave Drive, Harriman, Tennessee 37748 with Father Michael Sweeney officiating. Committal services and inurnment will immediately follow in the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Columbarium next to the Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

Dear Pine Orchard community,

We are sad to share that Wanda Smith, 91, has passed and gone to join James in heaven.

James and Wanda operated The Trading Post in the Pine Orchard community near Oakdale, Tennessee for more than 40 years and were a big part of the community.

Event details will be shared at a later time. Thank you for keeping the Smith family in your thoughts and prayers.

Wanda, James, and Clyde Smith happily ran the Trafing Post for over 40 years. Tomorrow we lay Jack Clyde Smith to rest at Blessed Sacrament Catholic church in Harriman. Clyde was 96 year of age.
James is the last of seven brothers.
Our family would like to thank you to all.

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY AT THE TRADING POST...

Everyone should come down and enjoy hot wings, chili, or just have the regular. Pregame starts at 2:00 pm and we have a new big screen tv for you to watch it on. Enjoy a cold drink, watch the game, and play some pool all while eating some good good. We would love to have everyone come out and enjoy.

As of January 31 we will NOT be giving anymore credit. We are sorry for any inconvenience to our good paying customers but with end of year taxes coming up we have to have everything in order. We are asking all credit tabs be paid in full by February 5 if they are not these will be the ones added to our records of no longer being able to help in the future. We feel we have been good to many of you and maybe way to much but are asking you now be good to us and pay your bill. Thank you and hope that we see you in the near future!!

I am proud to announce we SOLD OUT of hot wings tonight. I made around 30 to 35 lbs of them and didn't have a crumb left. Everyone said they were great. To those who missed out I hope to see you next Friday for 8 or 9 ball pool tournament and a dart tournament. Everyone welcome to come and have some good clean fun!

This evening starting at 7 pm we will be having a pool tournament. Entry fee is 10.00 and is just for goodm, clean fun. Any and everyone is welcome to play whether you can play pool or not. We are just trying to have some good weekend fun for all. During this time we will have homemade hot wings on hand and french fries. So whether you play pool or not come by and but some hot wings for dinner. Cost will be 50 cents per wing!! Hope to see you all here.
