Collins Farm Beef Our farm is located in Morgan county Tennessee. We specialize in growing beef cattle and pork for customers across the state of TN.

We offer local pickup & delivery two times a year to the Nashville area. We have been in operation for over 20 years. Our animals are range free and provided fresh tap water. Each steer is sold by live weight at the time of slaughter and prices are based on current market cattle and feed prices. Steers are fed grain 120 days prior to slaughter to ensure marbling and flavor. We accept custom orders of grass finished as well. Contact us for more information.

We are officially sold out of fall beef. If you would like to be put on a waiting list for fall or deposit for spring let us know ASAP. We are taking orders and deposits for spring and fall '27. Please be aware that we can no longer hold your beef without a deposit as demand has increased. We try to be fair with reminders but we don't want to be pushy because we understand buying bulk beef can be a big commitment.

Due to the rising cost of purchasing and caring for the steer, going forward our deposits will be as follows: $400 for a whole, $300 for a half and $200 per quarter.

We tasted blueberries, checked out the apples, saw blackberries, mulberries and all varieties of persimmon you could imagine. We can even announce that the farmer is officially a "fig daddy"!

The animals were active and wanted a piece of the camera action.

Maybe tomorrow he'll take me to Altrudas. 🍝🥗
