My favorite workout hacks when I’m on vacation:

🏨 Hotel room = personal gym
• Suitcase curls (yes, it counts!)
• Push-ups before pool time
• Wall sits while waiting on room service

🏖 Beach day bonus
• Walk the shoreline = sneaky cardio
• Sand lunges = next-level burn
• Swimming = full body workout without feeling like one

🛫 Airport edition
• Walk the terminal instead of sitting
• Calf raises while waiting to board
• Stretch so you don’t walk off the plane like a robot
