Our Story

The market rules are simple: -Products must be from Phelps and adjoining counties and farms/workshops may designate a vendor to sell for them at the market. -Products not available locally can be brought in on a case-by-case basis (fruits, mushrooms, etc.) -All local, state, and federal laws apply; (you don't need a business license to sell at this market) Membership forms, vendor designation forms, and information on Missouri health laws will be handed out on the first day of the market. Fees are $5.00 Daily on Saturdays and $5.00 on Tuesdays. For $20.00 you get a reserved spot and the daily fee is waived. $40.00 if you reserve both Tuesday and Saturday. Electricity and Public restrooms are available as well as a band-shell for performers. This farmers market is sponsored and was started by the Ozark Highland Farm Partnership. The goals of this organization are too: 1. Manage a high-quality Rolla Saturday Farmers Market 2. Support Small, Local Farms 3. Provide Quality Food Options for the Community 4. Support the Local Economy and Local Craftspeople and Artisans In other words, by shopping at this market, you can be sure that your food is produced locally, you are supporting local farmers, the economy, and local craftspeople.
