Good morning Everyone!

Sorry for the short notice, however I have decided to take this Thursday's (09/03) Exeter Market off. The transition to the new kitchen has gone very well, and I am super happy with the quality of breads being produced. It has been so long since I have had a day off, and with the Labor Day weekend this week offers me an excellent opportunity to recharge these old batteries and get ready for the last two months of the season!

The market will be open; this is just me needing a little down time!

If anyone has critical need for any product, I will be at the Dover Market tomorrow (09/02), and you can email me about product availability and hours I will be at the kitchen in Rollinsford, if you want to come by between now and Sunday (09/06).

Thanks you for all your support through this amazing journey, and thank you for your understanding as I take a little time to catch up on laundry!!😆

Good morning Everyone!!

Hard to believe, but autumn is here in a scant 5 weeks!! Where, oh where did summer go!?

Today we are in Durham, and we will see you in Dover on Wednesday, and Exeter on Thursday!

Thank you all for your support and encouragement and your enthusiastic love affair with great bread. New Zagros has made a mostly complete transition to our new facility, with multigrain, New England Honey Wheat and Anadama still being fine tuned, but deliciousness is intact!!

And we are scaling the production to hopefully meet all your needs!

This summer yielded a wonderful surprise as my friends the Bonardi family stopped by for a visit while on their annual New England pilgrimage:

We had an awesome visit, and as you can imagine we consumed vast quantities of freshly baked bread!!! Along with other great bounty from our farms!

As always, you can email me and pre-order whatever you need reserved for pick-up. Just let me know what you want, what market you will be attending and about what time you anticipate arriving!

New Zagros was blessed with a visit from the Bonardi Clan of Catonsville, Maryland! Left to right is Noah, Beth, Eric and Vinny!

C'mon down!! I think I need some hot cashews!! Or, a decadent summer treat - sweet corn tossed with butter and slathered in Cousin Deans hot sauce!! Whichever one you like best!!!

Good morning Everyone!!

Just a quick note, no pictures today - first order of business is to welcome Jean B., Susan D., Patricia S., Stephanie, Amber D., Derek H., and Michael B.!!!

As most of you know, we are in our new facility, still working out some kinks, and are back at markets (see schedule in bio) on a weekly basis!!

There will be some hiccups where certain styles may not be available that week (croutons!!!?) Emoji, however we are working diligently to provide a full menu each and every week!

Today's weather looks dicey, however we are planning to be at Durham, with a rain canopy in place!
