Good Afternoon All! :)
We're working on securing a no-spray permit for our property, but it's more complicated than I would have thought: (our goal was simple: to avoid having chemicals sprayed near the bees ...which benefits humans too)
πApply (paper, not online)- it's more of a contract
π send $
π roadside herbicide management person comes to your property
πreview vegetation management rules
πproperty owner maintains the roadside vegetation
πthe permit only covers PennDot roadside management; it does not include telephone, power, or any other entity.
If you would like the contact information for PennDot Roadside Management, just comment or message me. I am learning along the way, and it's somewhat unsettling to human and earth health. It seems like we should actually have to give permission for chemicals to be sprayed instead of going through hoops to get a No-Spray Permit.
