Introducing the next vendor that we will have at Cafe Vinci. Give a warm welcome to our good friends from Geddes Bakery & Pastry Shop. We became very close to this family after filming an episode of The Empire Plate at their establishment. We will be serving up some of their fresh pies for slices, frozen whole pies to take home, baklava, spanakopita, and some other goodies. We couldn't be happier to work with such a great family.

Another week, another vendor. We will be carrying some products from Philomena’s Salumeria, such as their Tomato Pie and breads. Anthony Amodio is a good friend, who has been great to us in our journey of starting this business. We are very excited to welcome in some of his amazing products to our cafe.

This week, we are announcing another vendor whose products we will be carrying at our cafe. The Zayas family have been a staple for many years in bakeries in the Utica area well before Ramon's Bakery opened. That experience and passion is something that reflects the product that they make in the best way. We are so excited to work with them here at Cafe Vinci. We will be carrying their bagels, donuts, and some of their other goodies. Have you tried Ramon's yet?

The cat is out of the bag!! So things have been crazy. We originally believed that we would be open by March 1st. As you can tell, that did not happen. HOWEVER, we have been working on big changes, and that is because we are moving our location.. but only a few doors away. We will be moving into Bowl Boss in July. There will be more room inside and outside for everyone to enjoy. We can't tell you how excited we are to get going! See you soon!

Some exciting news for our cafe opening Cafè Vinci, we will be serving Lake and River Roasters out of Cape Vincent, New York which we are very excited about bringing to the area. We have even done a collaboration with them and they have 2 blends of coffee named after our show The Empire Plate.
