Schrader Farms Meat Market We are a family owned and operated USDA slaughterhouse/retail store located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. We can process beef, pork, lambs, goats, and veal.

We sell beef fed right on our own farm just a few miles down the road, and purchase pigs from farmers in the area. We offer a retail store with quality, locally grown beef and pork.
