Hello everyone, it's Saturday, time to plan your weekend.

Oak park grocery is a part of Higgins lake history. The store was built in 1946, and the house was added in the 70's. I have been working on it off and on for the last 11 years getting it back into shape. But now due to health reasons I am unable to continue. The restoration is in the homestretch. Most of the major issues that I have found, have been fixed and upgraded. I would love to see someone finish the restoration and reopen it. All of the equipment is still in the store and are included.
The house and store are only a 5 minute walk from beautiful Kelly beach.
I live in the house and am available to show you around if you are interested?
Send me a message. Century 21 has estimated the value at $200,000. I have lowered it to $165,000 because I don't want to see all my efforts go to waste. I want to see it finished and open again.
