Firefly Mercantile is already open for lunch 10am-2pm weekdays, and over at Kokuyo Cocktail Bar, we swing open the doors at 4pm on Wednesday, April 8️⃣ with a grand opening celebration 🎉set for Friday.

Oh hey, it’s us—Anita and Carlos here. It’s taken us three years but we’re excited to finally welcome you. You’ve seen our journey progress here but wait until you see Kokuyo in person. She’s everything we ever could have imagined…and more.

While our grand opening is on Friday (!!), we’ll be open from 4-11pm on Wednesday and Thursday, if you wanted a Golden Hour cocktail or two. Our kitchen ramps up then also. Please say hi if you see us around!

We’re launching an extended takeout lunch menu today! We’ve added beef empanadas and an all-new VEGAN sweet potato sandwich that’s so delicious it’ll have you hugging trees by 3pm. While you’re there, say hi to Carlos and pick up a can of Paulaner Sunset or Wild Bill's Soda. It’s going to be 🔥 today!

Soft launch loading… 👀

As of today, we’re doing a slow rollout of takeout lunch at Firefly Mercantile, direct from the kitchen. Think of it as a little test run while we fine-tune the flow, lock in the details, and make sure every bite satisfies. (Plus we’re still stocking the mercantile shelves with some amazing goodies!)

We’re testing a limited lunch menu, available starting today (10am to 3pm) for takeout only—and we’d love for you to be part of it. Stop in, take it to-go, and let us feed you while we prep for our April grand opening. Vegetarian options coming ASAP!
