It’s National Farmers Market Week, and we’re celebrating this Saturday at RFM!

🥧 Pie contest, anyone? Seven of our market vendors are bringing their best pies made with locally grown ingredients. Stop by the Info Tent to sample and vote for your favorite. Samples are limited, so be sure to stop by while supplies last!

And that’s just the beginning. This Saturday you’ll also find:

• Live bluegrass from The Good Divide - Bluegrass Band
• Kids’ bubble play with Bubbling Bo
• All-levels yoga with Mundo-Zen Yoga & Wellness at 9 AM
• A live art demo with Nana Daly Art

As for produce, Mountain Earth is back at the market with squash, cucumbers, potatoes and onions. There will be peak summer produce, from tomatoes and corn to melons, okra, peppers & more. The last blueberries and peaches of the season, with the first apples starting to make their way in!

It’s a good Saturday to wander, taste something new, meet the people who grow and make your food, and celebrate everything we love about farmers markets.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of longtime Roswell Farmers Market vendor and community member, Gillian Lilley.

Many of you knew Gillian through the Roswell Clay Collective, where she generously shared her love of pottery with children and adults alike. Her creativity, kindness, and encouragement made our Saturday mornings brighter, and she will be deeply missed.

If you have a favorite memory or photo of Gillian, we'd love for you to share it in the comments or stop by the Information Booth at the market on Saturday. We'd be honored to collect these memories from our community.

We'll be honoring Gillian with a community art project at the market on Saturday, August 29, and we hope you'll join us.

If you're visiting the market tomorrow, we hope you'll take a moment to remember Gillian as you enjoy another Saturday of local farmers, makers, music, and community.

Summer Saturdays are in full swing, and this one is shaping up to be a good one at City Hall.

Roswell Music Jam is back in The Circle with local musicians gathering for a relaxed acoustic set that runs through the morning.

If you’re coming by, here’s what else is happening:
