Tinctures and Oils! Oh happy day! 🌿

These are the herbs used!

Rosemary- it has powerful antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. Consuming rosemary regularly can potentially help lower the risk of infection and help the immune system fight any infections that do occur and helps hair growth!

Oregano- Oregano oils have antioxidant, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. These oils may also play a beneficial role in weight management and infection treatments.

Lavender- it can reduce pain and inflammation. Research has shown that lavender essential oil can help reduce headache pain. Helps with mood, anxiety and depression: Lavender is known for its ability to calm the nervous system, lift the mood and even lower blood pressure.

Lemon-they are a rich source of vitamin C and can boost immunity and promote heart, digestive, and liver health.

Pineapple Skin Tea Benefits:
It has enzymes that help with your digestion and bromelain which helps fight pain and inflammation. Pineapple bark also has a high amount of vitamin C and magnesium that can help boost your immunity.

Pineapple skin 🍍
Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cloves 🫚
Cover with water and bring to a boil and let simmer for 25 min.
Strain and you can drink hot or cold ☕️

All Natural Face Mask!
*Gluten free organic oatmeal
*Organic raw honey
*kiwis
*Mix in a blender until smooth

Rub on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes until dry and then wash it off with a warm water!

The kiwi is called an exotic fruit, nicknamed
"the king of vitamin C.” It has more vitamin c content than an orange! It's also rich in vitamins K, E, folate, and many other essential minerals. Making Vegetable Broth with Veggie Scraps
Broth’s are great recipes to make with any vegetable scraps that you have so don’t throw those out! You can place scraps in freezer bag and keep adding until it’s full!

Today I used: stems of kale and collard greens, carrot heads, peelings, ends of celery, celery leaf’s, red peppers, grape tomatoes, micro greens, ginger, lemon peel and garlic. Place in large pot and fill until vegetables are covered in water. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 min. Strain into glass jars and you can store in the refrigerator or freeze. I will use them in all of my soups in the fall! 🍁 ALL NATURAL VEGETABLE BROTH!

**Note on store bought vegetable broth:
Most vegetable broths on the shelf aren't even made with real vegetables.
They're made of vegetable extracts, powders, concentrates, and juices.
Plus many they have added sugar, canola oil, and citric acid - even the organic
ones and they are very high in sodium.

Hi! 👋 I’ve started a new hobby! 🥬🌱🌿🥕🫛🥬 I still have my Faiths Place page@ Faith's Place- Gluten Free Living and I’ll keep that for Gluten free recipes and favorite restaurants, but I’ve been very interested lately in herbal medicinal remedies! 🪴
I’m not a Dr nor a professional… this is just for fun! My grandma Jane taught me how to cook and how to preserve food and I even have her “antique” book on how to can foods! This little hobby is named after her! Welcome to Herbal Janes🪴
