We hand-craft our pasta using only natural ingredients to make fully flavored whole-wheat pasta and gluten-free pasta that's so good, you won't need a sauce. Whole Wheat Pasta–Around here, the words ALL Natural mean something. It means we use REAL food in REAL pasta. Gourmet Texas Pasta uses real vegetables, herbs, an

d spices that we grind and combine ourselves. We leave the powdered vegetables (egg and dairy) to the other guys. Nothing artificial EVER in our whole wheat pasta! Gluten Free Pasta– Gluten-free pasta shouldn’t taste like punishment. What’s the sense in buying yucky pasta only to have to search high and low for a sauce to cover the taste? Our gluten-free pasta starts with the same vegetables, herbs and spices of our whole-wheat pasta versions. We swap rice flour & tapioca for the wheat, giving us a delightfully fresh flavor that stands alone. Vegan Pasta – Made with only the finest and freshest ingredients, and no animal-based products ever, all of our pasta varieties are also vegan-friendly. To all my amazing customers,
I wanted to let you know that I have put Gourmet Texas Pasta up for sale. I’ve made this decision because I want to spend more time with family, as I have two young boys. I want to thank each and every one of you for the love and support you have given us over the years. I will miss you more than words can express, but I hope this is not goodbye it’s just see ya later and hope the GTP name will live on!
