UPDATED: We're excited about our Labor Day pop-up market across the street at Shipping as Unusual (4130 Durham Road) on Saturday, September 5! Come see many of our regular vendors, as well as Person County Animal Services who will be in attendance with adoptable dogs! We'll also have the first pumpkins of the season!

Thanks to everyone who came out to see us today at the Person County Farmers Market! Here are a few sites and sounds from the market. Along with several of our our regular vendors, we welcomed N.C. Black Walnuts and Gingers Baubles and Bling for the first time! Thank you to JES Avanti for hosting the market for May-August! We can't thank you enough for your hospitality this year, and we will be back soon! Our Labor Day weekend market in September will be located right across the street, right beside Shipping As Unusual. More details to come!

Get Ready for the 2026 EGG-cellent Egg Contest!

Don't wait until the flock flies the coop; the registration deadline is July 31, 2026.

Attention all North Carolina 4-H members with a laying flock: it’s time to put your poultry skills to the test in the 2026 EGG-cellent Egg Contest! This competition invites youth participants to submit up to two sets of a half-dozen eggs to be judged on uniformity as well as both exterior and interior quality.
