Kevin and Anne are at the ND State fair this morning in Minot, ND…. Kevin will be demonstrating how to cook bison brisket, why bison is considered a premium red meat and education on the North American Bison. Come out to see us in the Magic City Place building to learn and even sample! Demonstrations are at 11:30am, 2pm, 2:45pm, 5:45pm and 6:30pm. North American Bison

Quite the cloud as we close the doors at the Heartland Trading Post this evening. We just have to post a huge thank you to all of you who have come out and supported us 💕 From familiar faces to new ones, we can’t thank you enough. We are sold out of our sourdough bread, I will post when I have more on the shelves but if you plan to attend the ND State Fair tomorrow come find Kevin and I at the Agriculture Ag building demonstrating how to cook bison brisket and educating about the North American Bison.

Do you have last minute company and no time to bake? Our sourdough scones are ready for the oven and done in 25 minutes…. Come grab some for your freezer to have on hand when you need them or for today 😉 We also have a new item showing up in the store… Sourdough bread! Oh and we have the best premium red meat you can add to your diet always stocked in our freezers. Located 20 miles south of the Geographical Center of North America on Highway 3.

Are you ready for the heat!? 🥵 We have bison meat ready for your grill! Steaks, bison burgers, bison hotdogs, sausage and cubed steak ready for kabobs. We are open daily 8am-8pm at the Heartland Trading Post. And yes, Anne does still deliver to Rugby and Harvey areas during the week too. Stay cool! 😎
