It is official, the first batch of BGB Sweet and Tangy BBQ sauce (made with 100% pure NYS Maple Syrup) will be produced on July 15! Stay tuned for updates and details.

Progress... We have selected the recipe for our Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce, it is on the way to Cornell for "approval" and then off to the kitchen to be made and bottled. Stay tuned for updates and special deals.

Good Morning Mr. Sun! Today I will be busy in the kitchen making test batches of Maple based BBQ sauces. I have 3 recipes to try. Dinner tonight will consist of taste testing and choosing the recipe for our Sweet and Tangy BBQ sauce.
