After a few weeks off, the ducks have started laying again 🙌🏼😁 If you’ve never tried a duck egg, I encourage you to try it at least once! They are incredibly rich, higher in protein, make the fluffiest scrambled eggs/ omelettes, and are great for baking with. They don’t taste much different from a chicken egg, just bigger! Have a blessed Tuesday
