This is one of our F1 Wagyu filets, raised right here on our family farm in Dover, Arkansas.

That intricate web of marbling is what gives Wagyu its legendary tenderness, rich flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Most people have heard of Wagyu. Far fewer have actually tried it.

We’ll have these available at the Pope County Farmers Market this Saturday. Stop by and see what everyone is talking about.
