Happy to announce we now have our own beef canned up and ready for customers. All cans are 28 ounces and 100% beef born and raised here!
Single cans are $15 or get a half case for $80

New product and a fresh restock of pork! We now have Italian sausage (casing only) available. We also have restocked on all our brats including the ever popular pineapple teriyaki.
Also did you know we have whole pork loins and lard available?!

Yes we are open today 2:30 to 5:30 if you need to stock up for the storm! We have plenty of roasts or whatever else your heart desires in this cold and snow.

So many things we could say and so many things we can be thankful for so will try to keep this short and sweet since we haven't been very active on here.

Firstly, hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas and New Years' like we have!

Secondly, would like to thank all of our wonderful customers. Whether you've only stopped once or have been stopping weekly, we truly appreciate you.

Lastly, we are well stocked on ALMOST every item. Except for a few flavored brats and 1/4 pound patties. But the good news is we have a steer at the butcher, and will be taking a load of hogs in the next 2 weeks to restock.

We will be open weekly Tuesday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Or by appointment.

P.S. if you'd like to get on the list for a quarter, half or whole beef or whole hogs contact us soon as spots for the year are filling up. Thank you!

Great news!! We are now restocked in 1pound packs of ground beef, 1/4 pound patties, and 1/3 pound patties! Come get them while you can!!

We also added 2 new pork products! Pepper bacon and wood fired pizza brats! Enjoy!

We will be open till 5:30 today and our normal hours of 2:30 to 5:30 Tuesday through friday!
