Wayne's Specialty Produce raises Specialty produce. This means that you won't normally find these products at your local Grocery store. They are started from seeds that are ordered from seed companies throughout the United States. Wayne's Specialty Produce is not only about raising specialty produce but also helping to educate people on different produce we raise as well as the value of eating fresh vegetables. I haven't posted anything here in awhile but I wanted to show the difference between the Yellow Snow Peas flower and the Green Snow Peas flower. This is my first year growing the Yellow ones that I picked this morning. Can't wait to do a taste test to see if any big difference in the taste. I love snow peas.

My beans and potatoes are coming along nice. Beans and new potatoes are a good meal cooked together.

With the help of my wife, I managed to get a few Fall vegetables planted before it started raining. My wife planted most of these. Red Cabbage, Copenhagen Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, and Collards. Not pictured are some other things I planted, Rutabagers, Turnips, Mustard Greens, and Kale.

Planted a few tomato plants late and managed to get a couple of nice Orange Brandywine tomatoes.

I am trying my hand at growing some Honeydew melons. They are not ready to eat yet. One is almost ready. One decided to grow through the fence. Nature has a way of adapting.

These are Bulgarian Carrot Peppers. A very good tasting hot pepper. Also makes a beautiful jar of pepper sauce.
