It blows my mind every time how easy this is to make!
đ§ž Ingredients (makes 4 bagels)
* 1 cup Normanâs plain Greek yogurt
* 1 cup self-rising flour
(or use all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt)
Optional toppings:
* Egg wash (1 egg beaten)
* Sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, poppy seeds, or cheese

1. Preheat oven
Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make the dough
Mix the Greek yogurt and flour until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead lightly (about 2â3 minutes) until smooth. Add a bit more flour if sticky.
3. Shape bagels
Divide into 4 pieces, roll into ropes, and connect the ends to form rings.
4. Add toppings (optional)
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle your favorite toppings.
5. Bake
Bake for 20â25 minutes until golden brown.
6. Cool slightly & enjoy
Let them rest for ~10 minutes before slicing.
