Get ready to flow, stretch, and recharge with FREE wellness classes all season long. From yoga and mat Pilates to Tai Chi and more 💚

Classes take place weekdays May–September at parks across Midtown, including Fremont Park, Marshall Park, Winn Park, and Sutter’s Fort.

New this year, is bringing even more ways to move and connect with the community 🫶 Plus, Fremont Park classes will soon take place beneath a stunning new public art installation featuring 30 illuminated poppies 🌺✨
