On Farmworkers Day, Alchemist CDC stands in solidarity with all farm workers in their pursuit of labor rights, fair wages, and recognition of their inherent human dignity.

We exist as an organization to connect communities to land, food, and opportunity. There is no way to disentangle this mission from the rights of our neighbors who, seeking opportunity, work the land and grow food for all of us.

We thank farm workers and organizers for their hard work and look forward to a future in which we all thrive together. We are grateful to the legacy left to us by Dolores Huerta, Larry Itliong, Gilbert Padilla, Pete Velasco, Philip Vera Cruz, Benjamin Gines, and so many others.
