The incarcerated men have been busy making 500 pies and 400 pie crusts for the CHUM Rhubarb Festival!
The men sentenced to NERCC have been graciously completing community service work through out
The arrowhead region of Minnesota for many years. The CHUM Rhubarb Festival is a great opportunity for us to come together and help support and organization who gives so much to our Duluth community each day!
