If you've been in the store in the last two weeks, you may have noticed a familiar face. Fisherman's Dock - St. Augustine is happy to welcome Chris back as a full time associate after a 3 year absence. Stone crab season is well underway and we have a good selection from which to choose: colossal, jumbo and large. Prices are slightly less than they were at the end of last season, which is welcome news.

For this weekend 10/23-24, our selection includes:

WHOLE FISH

* Kingfish
* Spanish mackerel
* Beeliner snapper
* Flounder
* Striped bass
* Redfish

SPECIALTY FILETS
* Flounder
* Snapper
* Sword
* Mahi
* Wahoo
* Grouper

SHELLFISH
* Fresh local shrimp, 26/30 and 21/25 ct
* FL stone crab
* Oysters: LA, VA, Sharkbite Oysters, and Northern Belles
* PEI mussels
* Hardshell clams: all sizes except pasta

If you're in the mood for shrimp but don't feel like cleaning or cooking them, we can help. We offer peeling & deveining of our 21/25 ct shrimp for $2 extra per lb. We can also steam your shrimp in a variety of seasons for an additional $.75 /lb. (Please call ahead for either of these services and provide an least an hour's notice).

With the forecast calling for cool and breezy weather, it's time to clean out those firepits and grills and roast some oysters. We have 50 # bushels and 30 # 1/2 bushels from Louisiana available. Or, if you're looking for a smaller amount, we have a variety of individual oysters.

It's Mardi Gras! No need to go all the way to New Orleans for that seafood feast to celebrate; we have what you need right here! Fresh local shrimp, boudin, crawfish tail meat - everything you need to fix up a Big Easy-style dinner. And, we heard a rumor that LA crawfish will be making their appearance here next week.
