More artwork, I’ve been really digging into my roots lately. Louisiana is losing its craftsman’s, its artists and fishermen. I hope to breath some life back into these bayous that have fed my soul. It’s not often I get asked to go fishin’ but when I do
 I’m reeling them in like a Pro. Down at Campo’s Marina we go packed up with gas, bait and ice.. we burned about 3 gallons and hit the limit on the specks, only kept two of the reds(they were too big). This hurricane has pushed the fish up to us, and they was hungry!

The best part is, I was asked to go again! I even took my fish off the hook đŸȘ đŸ€Ł

Nah bruh, you’ve got that quote all messed up. Those who have great will, the strongest mindset that can prevail through it all.

How can you help someone else become what they’re great at doing? Be the best you can be (the army stole that). Once you start changing your mindset to be positive no matter the outcome, have you won.

That’s the secret to having a strong mindset. If you truly have done your best then you have no problem tackling a hard situation, moving heavy weight. Being in the gym and setting goals as simple as being able to move x weight for x reps or until I can’t lift it anymore. It does so much more for you than building muscles if you allow it to open your mind to other possibilities. Be more fluid, like the water you drink.

If there’s a problem yo, I’ll solve it (or whatever Vanilla Ice said).

No, I don’t care if you think I shouldn’t wear a bikini because I’ve got stretch marks or loose skin from having babies.

Women’s bodies are designed to go through rapid changes and create life. The idea that the media has portrayed for years is that mothers should be ashamed of how they look after. That their pre baby bodies are the most value they will ever have, though we have to live with our postpartum bodies for the rest of our lives.

Our physical value has not changed or diminished, in fact our children value us so much more. Women stop hinging your worth on your age or how youthful you once were! You are more powerful now than ever, step in and CLAIM it!

Being sexy doesn’t stop when you’re a certain age. It doesn’t stop when you become a mother.

Your experiences and the changes that you’ve gone through have actually increased your value. However relying on others for that validation will always find you lacking. I admit it is nice to hear, but the only opinion that matters is your own.

The moment that you start caring about what strangers think about your body, your outfit, what you live in or what car you drive.. you’re about to find yourself unhappy. Everyone has a different story and starting point. Comparison is the thief of joy, just do you and everything will fall into place when the time is rightđŸ€˜đŸŒ
