🎃 Calling All Vendors! Please Share/Tag Your Friends!! 🎃

We’re officially in the early planning stages for our 3rd Annual Pumpkin Festival (formerly our Car, Truck, and Tractor Show), and we’re looking for vendors to join us!

Last year our vendor market was incredibly well received, with an estimated 350+ people coming through — and this year we’re expanding the vendor market to make it even bigger and better.

We are focusing on handmade and unique items, and are currently looking for vendors in the following categories:

✨ Handmade Items
🕰️ Vintage Goods
♻️ Repurposed / Upcycled Items
🧼 Handmade Soap & Bath Products
🪵 Woodworking
👗 Mobile Boutiques (extremely limited space)
🎨 Hand-Painted Signs
🏡 Home Decor
🍂 Fall Decor
🧸 Kid-Friendly Items

🚫 What we are NOT looking for:
• MLM / Direct Sales Companies

If you offer products that fit one of these categories, we would love to have you be part of this growing fall tradition.

This Saturday is your LAST SATURDAY to grab your pumpkins before Halloween! While we won’t be open at The Patch - St. Elmo at The Hill Homestead, you can still find us right in our hometown!

What an incredible day! A huge thank you to everyone who came out for our 2nd Annual Car, Truck, and Tractor Show! We were filled with joy seeing so many familiar faces and new ones too.

To our exhibitors, we loved seeing all your amazing rides.
To our vendors, we truly appreciate your hard work and dedication.

🎉 Can you believe it? Tomorrow is the day! We are so excited to see all of you! Here’s a few photos from last year to get you pumped. 📸

We also wanted to share a few updates for this year:

🚜 Car, Truck & Tractor Show line-up: 8 AM. If you haven't RSVP'd that's okay! Come on out and bring your ride anyway!

⏰ Event hours: 10 AM – 3 PM

🌟 Activities: 2 food trucks, Family Mini Photos, Face Painting, and a Petting Zoo from 12–2 PM

🚗 Parking: Attendants on site plus handicap parking available

💲 Don’t forget to bring money to shop all of our amazing makers at the Harvest Maker Market. 🛍️

🏆 We’re excited to announce a special guest judge—St. Elmo Mayor, Kimberly Baron, will be giving out awards at the Car, Truck & Tractor Show at noon!

Plus:

🎃 A large variety of mums and pumpkins for your fall decorating needs. Mums will be on SALE!

🎁 A special grand prize entry for everyone who enters!

👪 Admission is FREE for all attendees.
