Everyone has been asking how I am doing!! I know I am long overdue for an update! I want everyone to know that I am doing so good! I feel great!

So here are the details…
As I have already posted, I had my big lump removed in February. I then had small lump removed in April. And no more small lumps have grown back since. Now everything feels really calm! I have felt God’s healing power, and guidance every day!!

Currently, we are just watching numbers of my circulating tumor cells, those numbers need to go to zero for two years to be considered cured. The numbers have been going up and down since February. I feel if I just stay consistent and diligent with what I’m doing, those numbers will go to zero.

So what am I doing? A big part of what I’m doing right now has come from the results of a blood test called RGCC I ordered in December.

In this bloodwork, they grow your cancer cells and healthy cells and then they run tests on them. Among other things, RGCC looks for how my cancer is using my genes to thrive and they look for natural substances that kill my cancer. Based on those results, I have 3 different sets of recommended cancer killers and genetic modifiers.

With the help of my ordering doctor, these recommended supplements, herbs, and chemicals are worked into a three month revolving plan where I pulse cancer killers on and off. I have then combined this plan with a fasting gut reset plan from the book, “Fast Like a Girl.” It’s very complex and takes some organization. I love my humus! The secret to some really great hummus is dried roasted sesame seeds!

Blend the following ingredients in your high powered blender. The tamper of a Vitamix works very well with this recipe.

½ cup sesame seeds, dry roasted
3 large garlic cloves, minced
2 cups garbanzo beans, cooked
Juice from 1 fresh lemon. to taste
1 teaspoons cumin
½ to 1 teaspoon sea salt, to taste
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons water

Love the price and the warrantee of Vitamix's Certified Reconditioned machines!

5 years ago I bought my mom a Certified Reconditioned Vitamix for Christmas. She loves it and has made smoothies almost daily for years. At Christmas this year, I noticed her container was cracked and a k**b loose. So I took her very used looking blender home with me, called Vitamix and mailed it off to them. It seems the favorite ‘snack’ at school is rice crispy treats. So I found a recipe to make marshmallows out of honey. With a box of rice crispies at the health store, my homemade rice crispy treats are a much better snack. Now my son says, “no thank you” at school and we make our own rice crispy treats at home instead.
