Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, raspberry jalapeno jam, Pici italian organic pasta, Tiberino risotto and Molinari dry salame are among the ingredients in this basket at our auction at Harvest of Hope. One extra special ingredient is hope for the horses, like Raven (pictured here), in our sanctuary and beyond!

Napa Valley Olive Oil Company is a treasure trove of authentic italian ingredients. The shop, which lives in an old white barn two blocks east of Highway 29 behind The Charter Oak restaurant, has been selling oil, salumi, cheeses, and a variety of imported Italian foods since the 1930s. Today the place is quite literally jam-packed with provisions for an epic Italian feast.
