The Starfire peach is a mid-season, freestone yellow peach developed in Michigan as part of the Stellar series. It features bright red skin over a golden-yellow background, non-browning golden flesh, and great sweet flavor.

Fruit Characteristics
* Flavor & Flesh: Sweet, juicy, golden-yellow flesh that does not brown quickly after slicing.
* Stone Type: Freestone (the pit separates easily from the flesh when ripe)
* Appearance: Covered in an 80% brilliant red blush over a yellow base.
* Harvest Timing: Ripens in mid-to-late summer (typically early-to-mid August, around the same time or shortly after Redhaven)
