🐂 Our ox has officially arrived! 🐂

The countdown is on for one of our favorite weekends of the year! Join us in Downtown DeWitt during the DeWitt Ox Roast on August 14th & 15th and enjoy fresh, slow-roasted beef served hot right off the smoker.

We’ll have the ox in 1/4s roasting Friday and Saturday, so come hungry, bring your family and friends, and stop by for a delicious meal while you’re enjoying all the festivities downtown.

Some of you may have been wondering where Kara and I were this week...
We had the incredible opportunity to attend the American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was a week filled with education, networking, new ideas, and one very exciting milestone!
This was Kara's first time competing in the American Cured Meat Championships—and she came home a winner!
🏆 Champion – Bellingar's Old Fashion Ring Bologna
🏆 Grand Champion – Hawaiian with a Kick Restructured Jerky
We couldn't be more proud of Kara and our entire team. These awards are a testament to the hard work, passion, and craftsmanship that go into every product we make.
