🥬 Okonomiyaki — Japan’s favorite savory pancake, freshly made and full of flavor!
🍙 Onigiri — classic Japanese rice balls, perfect for a quick and satisfying snack or lunch.

Hi everyone.

We have been baking sourdough bread. In addition to previously introduced bread, we now have traditional baguette (we use flour from France), pain de champagne (rustic bread) and roasted walnut-fig bread (Japanese style). Each large loaf is $10 (delivered). (Two medium-sized baguettes for $10.)

Also, our holiday meal sets are still available. 😀

In addition to our regular menu, we now have more varieties of bread.
Pain o levain (8 inches--plain, fig+walnuts, sesame) $10
Korvapuusti ("punched ear"--Finnish cinnamon roll with cardamon) $3 each
Bavarian sourdough pretzels (great with mustard) $3 each
We deliver orders above $20. 😄
Please give us a couple of days notice. It takes two days to make sourdough bread.

Karaage Dinner ($20 per person)
Chicken karaage (Japanese fried chicken), steamed rice, shredded cabbage, karaage salt & sauce, kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) salad, miso soup (special dark miso from central Japan where Ken is from), sakura-mochi (sweet mochi wrapped in edible pickled cherry tree leaves)

Tonkatsu Dinner ($20 per person)
Tonkatsu (pork cutlet), steamed rice, shredded cabbage, tonkatsu sauce, kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) salad, miso soup (dark miso from central Japan), sakura-mochi (sweet mochi wrapped in edible pickled cherry tree leaves)
(chicken version available)

Gyudon Dinner ($20 per person)
Gyudon (beef bowl: thinly slices beef + onion sauce on steamed rice), kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) salad, miso soup (dark miso from central Japan), sakura-mochi (sweet mochi wrapped in edible pickled cherry tree leaves)

Curry Dinner ($20 per person)

Hi everyone. We were looking forward to seeing you at the holiday market this Saturday, but it has been cancelled. 😢
But, we are taking orders if you would like to taste our food for the holidays. We have:
Fresh sourdough yuzu panettone (pics: 6 inches: $15), German sourdough pretzels (you can tell I have been experimenting with sourdough), sakura mochi, dorayaki, or anything you like (within reason 😄).
