Tootie & Dreamer's We are looking forward to opening day for the Farmers Market in St. Joseph, MI. The first market is Joseph. All products are available year-round.

For fifteen years you enjoyed the ever-changing menu of traditional, vegetarian, and vegan foods served at Tootie & Dreamer's Cafe in St. Now you can enjoy many of Tootie's culinary treats in your home. We are happy to open the Tootie & Dreamer's page, and invite you to visit us to check out our products, try our recipe suggestions, and stay in touch with one of this area's most creative

cooks. All of Tootie & Dreamer's gourmet food items are prepared with only the finest, natural ingredients. Our unusual combinations and parings are famous in the area. Tootie is always looking for that "something different" she can offer her patrons, and never disappoints when it come to creativity and flavor! We cook with organically-grown fruits, and vegetables when available, and pride ourselves in using seasonal, locally-grown produce - also when available. Tootie prepares over 50 flavors of delightful, tasty hummus, as well as European-inspired crostini and bruschetta toppings, guacamole and unique salsas, savory pestos, Vegan cream cheese, crunchy granola, herb and spice blends, and so much more. All our food items are packed and ready for you to take home and enjoy. Our hummus, spreads and toppings, and outdoor BBQ specialties are sold in half-pound containers, and come frozen. Fall & Winter we also have available hearty and healthy soups!! Our frozen food items will keep for up to three months, and once thawed are good in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. During the winter months we can arrange to deliver to your home or place of work, and for those patrons who do not live in the area, we ship priority mail with insulated packaging. Tootie continues to offer her services as a personal chef, as well as in-home catering services. Plan your next special dinner gathering and enjoy homemade comfort-foods. Keep us in mind for an elegant brunch or shower, and let us prepare a delicious quiche or strata with other yummy accompaniments. Happy spring everyone. With a heavy heart and so much appreciation for everyone of you, we are announcing that Tootie and Dreamers will no longer be making product. Last year was our last year at the Farmers market and it was a great year.

Happy New Years friends and family!
This year has started out rough for Gretch and Lynn. Lynn has been in the hospital several times and now been placed in assisted living to evaluate him. We are all busy trying to make things go as smoothly as possible. Please keep them both in your thoughts.

We, Gretchen, Morgan and Laura (me) wanted to thank all of our wonderful patrons for the many years of support. Tomorrow is going to be our last market. We are tired and want to end the 2022 year on a high note!

After looking at the weather, I've decided that "Tootie & Dreamer's" will not be setting-up today at Farmers Market. If you are looking to purchase some of our products we will be happy to arrange a "drop-off" at your home. You can contact me at 269-925-8960 (or message me on Facebook), and I can let you know what I have available, and arrange to get the products you need.

We will be (hopefully) open for business next weekend. Have a good day, and make sure you have some rain coats or umbrella's as Mother Nature may have some "not so nice" weather coming our way!

What's on your mind tonight? I've finally had the chance to finish most of the "chores" and 'running around" this afternoon. The older I get the more I think there should be more time-outs to catch a breath, have a "short sit-down", and then get back on the job, but there are so many other things that pop-up, and I have to start all over!

Oh well ... I have the menu ready to be put in the post, but I'm being pulled a bit in yet another place. Time to settle down so here it goes!

Hummus: Traditional Mediterranean; Sweet Red Bell Pepper; "Tootie's" own "Summer Garden" Bruschetta; Michigan Maple Bourbon Hummus/Dip; Buffalo & Bleu ~ New York Style; Roasted Garlic with Parmesan Cheese; Spicy Chipotle Peppers with Adobo & Hummus; Chocolate & Chips ~ Dessert Hummus; "Almost Labor Day" a Family Salad to share with the family; "My Sunday Girl's" Balsamic Vinegar & Pine Nut Pesto; "My Gypsy Girls" Roasted Garlic with Red Wine Pesto; and last but never least "Dawn's Favorite" Sundried Tomatoes Homemade Pesto.

Seasoning Blends, Grilling Spices, & Dry Rubs: We have a pretty good supply of "Gusto", "Sunshine"; Cowboy Coffee; Gusto with a Kick", and Beale Street. Let us know if you would like us to bring your orders to your door. We are happy to deliver!

Granola: In stock are "Glendora"; "Tropical Rainforest"; "Eau Claire"; "Black River; :Maple Pecan Dreams"; and "Asian Cinnamon Crunch". I am working on some new Granola's. Let me know if you have a favorite you might like to see!

Well, it's time to post. I hope you are all feeling well, and enjoying the time you can get out and enjoy Mother Nature. I want to thank Laura Masters and Morgan Grimm for all their help, and I want to let my new group of helpers to know they are all doing a great job!
